Domestic Violence: Defendant Acquitted

Our criminal defense attorney recently defended a case in which the complaining witness claimed to have been beaten with a large club, yet had no visible injuries. Nevertheless, the defendant was arrested and required to post a bond. In addition, the prosecutors would not drop the charges.

However, a skillful cross-examination by Steven R. Hunter made the complaining witness's fabrications obvious.  The defendant was ultimately acquitted.
